Enrollment Pathway


Our electronic Enrollment Pathway is the most convenient way for you to track your progress in completing the enrollment process. It provides you with helpful information and links for on-campus housing, placement testing, academic advising and orientation, immunization records, your Rutgers email account, and more. Deadline for Final Transcripts


You are responsible for submitting a final official transcript of all course work you have completed by July 11, 2008. We will check to verify that all of your transcripts are official and include certification of any diplomas you indicated on your application, as well as final grades for courses in progress at the time of your admission.

Academic Planning and Advising


Specific information about your college's orientation/registration program or process is available on the Enrollment Pathway. During your college's program, a representative will provide you with information about degree requirements and assist you in selecting your first-semester courses.

Financial Aid...Missing Documentation?


You should respond to any requests for missing documentation from Rutgers’ Office of Financial Aid no later than mid-June. Your prompt attention to these requests is necessary in order for your financial aid to appear as a credit on your initial term bill. To check your award status, please visit https://www.acs.rutgers.edu/faaward.

Come Prepared on Move-in Day


Are you going to remember to bring your alarm clock? Or what about flip-flops for the shower? With all the excitement that takes place on move-in day, it's easy to forget the bare essentials.  Our university housing website will provide you with all the information you need to assure a smooth transition to your new “home away from home."  You may also find it helpful to review the Undergraduates’ Residents Guide. Students will receive their housing assignments by email during the second week of July.

Term Bills


Term bills are mailed on a rolling basis beginning in July. The specific payment due date will be displayed on your bill. Information about our convenient payment methods and various payment plans is included with the term bill, but you can also access this information here.

Immunization Records


All incoming Rutgers University students are required by state law and university regulations to provided the university with a Pre-Entrance Immunization Record signed by their health care provider by July 30, 2008. You can obtain information about specific immunization requirements and download a copy of the Pre-Entrance Immunization Record by clicking here.

First-Year Interest Groups (FIGS)


First-year students in their first semester at Rutgers are invited to sign up for a 10 week First-year Interest Group Seminar (FIGS). Each one credit seminar is taught by a trained peer instructor. Students learn about the Rutgers community and explore academic interest areas such as business, communication, education, English, health & medicine, history, law & leadership, theater arts and more! Sending Your AP Scores to Rutgers


Degree credit is awarded for Advanced Placement examination scores of 4 and 5 on the College Board Advanced Placement Examinations. Students wishing to receive advanced standing credit should have their scores sent to Rutgers directly from the testing service. Rutgers' CEEB code is 002765.

Rutgers has partnered with Ruckus, Inc. to provide an unlimited, free music downloading service to all Rutgers students.
