1. Social Security card number (if you have one)
2. High school transcript(s)
3. College transcript(s)
4. Courses in progress for the current academic year
5. Preferred method of application fee payment:
   
   • A valid credit card if you wish to pay your application fee online.
   • If you prefer to mail your payment, please download the payment form from Your Rutgers Status.
